13.50 Symphony Group Handicap (Heritage Handicap)

Last year’s third JM JUNGLE can compete off a 4lb lower mark this time around and must go well with a repeat display. Ascot runner-up KYLIAN and top-weight DEMOCRACY DILEMMA cannot be ruled out, while the hat trick-seeking PILGRIM and the speedy SILKY WILKIE are others to consider.

Tips: Jm Jungle, Kylian, Democracy Dilemma, Pilgrim, Silky Wilkie

14.25 Tattersalls Acomb Stakes (Group 3)

RULING COURT made an impressive and successful debut at Sandown four weeks ago, winning by five and a half lengths, and is well worth his place in this grade. However, THE LION IN WINTER was equally impressive on debut when powering to victory at the Curragh and has excellent claims.

Tips: Ruling Court, The Lion In Winter

15.00 Sky Bet Great Voltigeur Stakes (Group 2)

This can go the way of Irish Derby winner LOS ANGELES, who has only tasted defeat once in five starts (third in the Epsom Derby) and has two Group 1 wins in the locker. He’s already beaten three of today’s rivals and his form looks superior to King’s Gambit. He can take the ease in grade in his stride.

Tips: Los Angeles

15.35 Juddmonte International Stakes (British Champions Series) (Group 1)

This is a stellar renewal! All eyes will be on CITY OF TROY, who followed up his Epsom Derby success with a gusty win in the Coral-Eclipse when last spotted. He’s top-rated at 124, and his three-year-old allowance will be a massive advantage, so he’s a must for the shortlist. Of the remainder, course specialist ALFLAILA and his old foe AMBIENTE FRIENDLY are included for cover purposes.

Tips: City Of Troy, Alflaila, Ambiente Friendly

16.10 Sky Bet Stayers Handicap (Heritage Handicap)

EXTENSIO has a great record over these sorts of distances and returned to winning ways with a smooth performance at Fairyhouse last time out. He must be respected, having run well on his only previous start in the UK when he finished third in the Cesarewitch Trial. ENSURED goes in search of a third straight win and is feared most, ahead of Ascot Stakes runner-up DIVINE COMEDY.

Tips: Extensio, Ensured, Divine Comedy

16.45 Visit Irish Yearling Sale With ITM Fillies’ Handicap (Heritage Handicap)

PEPSI CAT is only 3lb higher than when scoring easily at Newmarket, and although she underperformed last time out, she is consistent and worth another chance. GOT TO LOVE A GREY looks well treated on the pick of her form and can be included, but don’t rule out MIDNIGHT AFFAIR, who is fitted with a first-time visor and finished a good second at Nottingham when last seen.

Tips: Pepsi Cat, Got To Love A Grey, Midnight Affair

17.20 Sky Bet Nursery

SCATTER PENNY has been impressive in winning both of her starts, and while this is a big step up in grade, she could easily make her mark at this level. CAYMAN TAI has one win and four seconds from five starts, and he shaped very nicely when only finding one too good at Glorious Goodwood. Open to further improvement, he must have leading claims.

Tips: Scatter Penny, Cayman Tai
