13.50 Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Bold Lad Sprint Handicap (Premier Handicap)

SAINT LAWRENCE has been contesting hot Group races the last three times and must be respected back in handicap company, while the likes of TORIVEGA, recent York second STRIKE RED, SUMMERGHAND, the consistent GREEK FLOWER and OVER THE BLUES are others to consider in a competitive opener.

Tips: Saint Lawrence, Torivega, Strike Red, Summerghand, Greek Flower, Over The Blues

14.25 Moyglare ”Jewels” Blandford Stakes (Fillies’ & Mares’ Group 2)

ROGUE MILLENNIUM is consistent and should go well under William Buick. ELIZABETH JANE ran well when fourth in the Irish Oaks here last time out and is feared, while AMERICAN SONJA and CAUGHT U LOOKING should also have a say in the outcome.

Tips: Rogue Millennium, Elizabeth Jane, American Sonja, Caught U Looking

15.00 Moyglare Stud Stakes (Fillies’ Group 1)

The unbeaten BEDTIME STORY has an excellent chance to extend her winning sequence and is strongly fancied to provide her handler with a record-extending tenth success in this Group 1 contest. In case an upset happens, the hat trick-seeking SIMMERING is probably the alternative option.

Tips: Bedtime Story, Simmering

15.35 Bar One Racing Flying Five Stakes (Group 1)

BRADSELL recorded a second Group 1 success with a dominant display in the Nunthorpe Stakes at York last time out and is the one to beat. The runner-up in that contest, BELIEVING, has posted creditable efforts in consecutive Group 1 races, though, and should again go well.

Tips: Bradsell, Believing

16.10 Goffs Vincent O’Brien National Stakes (Group 1)

HENRI MATISSE maintained his perfect record when winning the Futurity Stakes over C&D last time out and is difficult to oppose. AOMORI CITY made it two wins from three starts at Goodwood when last spotted and must be respected.

Tips: Henri Matisse, Aomori City

16.45 Comer Group International Irish St. Leger (Group 1)

Great stayer KYPRIOS has looked as good as ever this season, regaining the Ascot Gold Cup/Goodwood Cup, and can regain this title having won it two years ago. GIAVELLOTTO has won his last couple of starts and should be able to give the favourite plenty to think about.

Tips: Kyprios, Giavellotto
