14.30 Queen Mary Stakes

Michael Bell has twice had the runner-up in this race, but he insists that impressive Lingfield scorer AMESTRIS is better than the pair. She has the potential to be very smart and is held in high esteem, so she’s an outsider to consider.

Wesley Ward’s ULTIMA GRACE and Irish raider MAKE HASTE are first-time-out winners to include.

Tips: Amestris, Ultima Grace, Make Haste

15.05 Queen’s Vase

Ryan Moore’s choice ILLINOIS is quite a confident pick in this race. He won his first couple of starts last year before placing in a Group 1 in France.

He only found subsequent Epsom Derby runner-up too strong at Lingfield. That is quality form, so with any more improvement to come, he can go one place better.

Tips: Illinois

15.45 Duke Of Cambridge Stakes

GREGARINA may want the ground softer, but she has winning form on good going and made a successful start for this stable when taking a Group 3 at the Curragh.

This is harder, but she has more to offer and could outrun her odds under William Buick. BREEGE and ROYAL DRESS are closely matched and are others to shortlist.

Tips: Gregarina, Breege, Royal Dress

16.25 Prince Of Wales’s Stakes

INSPIRAL has multiple Group 1 wins to her name, and although Auguste Rodin is recognised as her biggest challenger, she is fancied to enhance her good record at the course.

She could have contested the Queen Anne Stakes but instead lines up here and should be all the better for her reappearance fourth in the Lockinge Stakes.

Tips: Inspiral

17.05 Royal Hunt Cup

HOLLOWAY BOY has been winless since scoring at this meeting two years ago on his debut in the Listed Chesham Stakes, but has run very well numerous times since at a higher level and could have a major say in the outcome on his handicap debut.

STREETS OF GOLD is closely matched with the former and made some late progress to take sixth in the Victoria Cup here last time. If he stays, he should be in contention, while WILD TIGER, who is unbeaten in three starts in the UK, must be respected.

Tips: Holloway Boy, Streets Of Gold, Wild Tiger

17.40 Kensington Palace Stakes Fillies’ Handicap

The top-weight VILLANOVA QUEEN has been operating below her best since winning this race last year, but she’s only a pound higher in her repeat bid and is dangerous to rule out.

Lightly-raced FAKHAMA is very interesting on her handicap debut. This daughter of Kingman has been gifted a lenient mark of 93 and isn’t short of ability based on her previous three starts.

Tips: Villanova Queen, Fakhama
