Sandown Win 6 preview | 23rd May

18.07 World Horse Welfare Handicap

GET THE MUSIC ON finished runner-up in her first two starts before going one place better at Kempton. She was too keen on her reappearance but she will be fitter here and could pose a threat. COMMANDER CROUCH is well-handicapped and isn’t out of this, while KINDEST NATION, ZIPSTER, and DRAMATIC EFFECT are others to consider.

Tips: Get The Music On, Commander Crouch, Kindest Nation, Zipster, Dramatic Effect

18.37 Orbital Veterinary Services National Stakes (Listed)

HAWAIIAN was impressive when making a winning debut at Newbury five weeks ago and is open to further improvement, so he could be hard to beat. ROCK HUNTER could reverse latest form with Enchanting Empress and has a lot more to come, so he’s feared most.

Tips: Hawaiian, Rock Hunter

19.07 Chasemore Farm Henry II Stakes (Group 3)

TRUESHAN could only finish fourth on his return at Ascot but remains one of the best stayers around and, with conditions in his favour, Alan King’s multiple Group 1 winner should prove hard to beat. SWEET WILLIAM is a stayer on the up and should have a lot more to come, so he’s definitely a leading contender.

Tips: Trueshan, Sweet William

19.37 Chasemore Farm Brigadier Gerard Stakes (Group 3)

ROYAL RHYME won three times last year and was far from disgraced when stepped up to a Group 1 race when fifth in Champion Stakes at Ascot last time out. He is the one to beat. CERTAIN LAD is a very solid yardstick and should give the favourite the most to think about.

Tips: Royal Rhyme, Certain Lad

20.12 Chasemore Farm Stud Staff Heron Stakes (Listed)

REMAADD is a winner on soft ground and shaped promisingly when second on his return here last time out. Open to further improvement, he can make his presence felt. SONS AND LOVERS caught the eye with a fine third-place in the Craven Stakes last time out and could be a serious player.

Tips: Remaadd, Sons And Lovers

20.42 Horse Kick Cider Whitsun Cup Handicap

NAVAGIO ran a huge race to finish third in the Lincoln on his return under similar conditions and it is interesting to see Ryan Moore booked to ride. MAGIC MEMORIES has form under similar conditions and could go well off a low weight.

Tips: Navagio, Magic Memories
