Winas Sacco is in the receiving end after members complained that they are unable to withdraw money from their accounts in the Sacco. Over the past 3 weeks, their USSD code 882 is not working. The code is necessary for one to withdraw money through Mpesa.
Members have gone online to express their frustrations but the management is yet to explain on the cause of the error.
Members who reached out to use indicated that the Sacco informed them to visit nearest branches to be able to withdraw their money. However, majority of them are yet to withdraw their money.
Here is the message members are receiving from the Sacco:
“Dear Member sorry our USSD and APP are temporarily out of service. Please visit our Sacco branches or use ATM card as we address the issue”
In the meantime, visit their ATM machines or branches to withdraw your money.
The Sacco has explained that they are resolving the issue and urged members to be patient.
