3rd January 2025 – (Hong Kong) The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is set to host the 51st Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair, the 16th Hong Kong Baby Products Fair, and the 23rd Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair from 6th to 9th January, 2025, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Under the theme “New Play for All,” these three concurrent exhibitions are expected to attract over 2,500 exhibitors from around the globe, showcasing a wide array of smart toys, quality baby products, and innovative stationery items to cater to various age groups. Last year, the fairs welcomed approximately 83,000 buyers from 135 countries and regions.

The exhibitions will run from 6th to 9th January, with hours from 9.30am to 6.30pm on the first three days and until 5pm on the final day. Entry is free, but only for industry professionals aged 18 and above, with pre-registration required. This year’s event continues to receive strong international support, featuring dedicated pavilions for exhibitors from mainland China, Taiwan, South Korea, and a “World of Toys” showcase from European brands. The Hong Kong Brand Toy Association will also return to promote local innovation. Additionally, the inaugural ESG pavilion, organised by the Hong Kong Toys Manufacturers’ Association and the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, will highlight sustainability within the toy industry.

The exhibition will feature a “Brand Gallery” showcasing over 340 well-known brands, alongside sections for “Smart Toys” incorporating cutting-edge technologies such as VR, AR, and MR. A new segment, “Adult Play,” will focus on toys appealing to adult interests, while the returning “Green Toys” area will feature products made from eco-friendly materials. The Asia Toy Forum will delve into industry trends, with speakers from prominent market research firms discussing global market prospects and the therapeutic roles of toys. The event will also include discussions on toy safety regulations and sustainability in the industry.

Concurrent with the toy fair, the Baby Products Fair will present a diverse range of baby items, including strollers, bedding, skincare products, and maternity essentials. Notable participating groups include the Korean and Hong Kong Baby and Child Industry Associations, alongside a new European pavilion showcasing high-quality continental baby products. The Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair will feature the latest in stationery, creative arts supplies, office products, and gifts, offering a comprehensive purchasing opportunity across the three exhibitions.

Utilising an “Exhibition+” hybrid model, the events will allow exhibitors and buyers to engage both in-person and online through the “Click2Match” platform, available until January 16, 2025. Attendees can also utilise the HKTDC Marketplace App’s “Scan2Match” feature to connect with exhibitors, explore product information, and continue discussions beyond the physical fair.
