NCBA Bank, in partnership with Strathmore University Business School, has today announced the graduation of 12 NCBA Business Banking customers from the first cohort of the NCBA Owner Manager Programme (OMP).
The NCBA Owner Manager Programme (OMP) is an Executive Education Programme facilitated by world-renowned faculty and industry experts at Strathmore University Business School (SBS) in Nairobi, Kenya. Designed specifically for Managing Directors, CEOs, Founders, Owners, and leaders of medium-sized companies, the programme equips participants with the tools to advance their businesses and unlock leadership potential at every level.
In January 2024, NCBA Bank and Strathmore University Business School celebrated and strengthened their partnership during the graduation of the inaugural NCBA cohort of the Enterprise Development Programme. The event also marked the launch of the exclusive NCBA Owner Manager Programme (NCBA-OMP), which offers NCBA customers a discount of up to 10% on programme fees.
The Enterprise Development Programme, also available to NCBA customers at an exclusive discount of up to 20%, is a 16-week course tailored to address the challenges and needs of SME founders and owners. The OMP programme has been carefully designed to accommodate participants’ busy schedules, featuring four modules, each running for five days and spread over 7 to 9 months. A key highlight is the joint module held in Nigeria at the Lagos Business School, offering participants the opportunity to expand their networks and explore business prospects beyond East Africa.
