The property, located in Block 3 on a lower floor, encompasses an area of approximately 428 square feet with a two-bedroom layout. Initially listed at HK$4.8 million. the unit was slightly discounted by HK$21,000 before ultimately being sold. The sale price translates to approximately HK$11,166 per square foot, which is nearly 9% lower than the last recorded sale of a similar two-bedroom unit at HK$5.25 million.
Originally purchased in December 2015 for around HK$5.195 million, the unit has depreciated by about HK$416,000, or approximately 8% over the past nine years.
